Subject: no such file to load tk

Hello!

After:

require 'tk'

Answer:

<internal:lib/rubygems/custom_require>:29:in `require': no such file to
load --
tk (LoadError)
        from <internal:lib/rubygems/custom_require>:29:in `require'
        from C:/Ruby192/prog/rub_by.rb:1:in `<main>'

 What is the problem?
  Please describe how all the "build" in windows?
