Ok, that's what I thought.  I installed:

aptitude install -y  libtcltk-ruby  libtcltk-ruby1.9.1

but still get that error.  Well, I'll look at it again tomorrow.  thanks 
for the quick reply!

I gues I'm missing "regular" tk.
