Not totally on topic, but I've always been puzzled by some of the
wording in the welcome message sent by the server upon beginning
subscription:

Does this mean you can send either "# help" or just "help" as the body
of the email? And why does it list # help/help once, and then
immediately afterward say "#help or help" ? Does the second
"paragraph" exist to clarify the first? (It doesn't.)
