Subject: Compiling under debian (woody)

Hi!

Because the woody distribution doesn't have a ruby-tk like package, I
tried to compile ruby myself (with debian-utilities)
The compiler gave me a lot of warnings (unused variables, type
problems...), and finally it failed with the following message:
