hmm ok I see the issue

range = (s_time.strftime("%m/%d/%Y %H:%M")..e_time.strftime("%m/%d/%Y
%H:%M"))

does not create a range instead it is looking for s_time(two 
characters)e_time   hmmmm

oh well back to the drawing board
