Tryed but does not the opposite expected output

  [["a", "b"], [["e", "f"], ["i", "j"]]],

  ...
]

what i try to get is
[
  [["a", "b"], ["e", "f"], ["i", "j"]],
  [["a", "b"], ["e", "f"], ["k", "l"]],
  ...
]

and i tries for the past 3 hours... getting tired of trying.
