Subject: Hubeye gem updgrade

Hey, I've been working on a project that allows you to track
repositories on Github and get Desktop notifications when repos
are pushed to. It also allows you to run arbitrary shell commands
for particular tracked repos upon Hubeye noticing a new commit.

The README is up to date.

For those of you who maybe tried earlier versions, this new release
has no gem dependencies. It's also much faster and more reliable, as
well as having new features.

Check it out if you're interested, and contributions/forks are more than
welcome!
