Show your error in a format that doesn't scream "virus carrier", please.

If you right click in a Windows command line (cmd.exe), and choose
"Mark" in the menu that pops up, you can copy and paste the error
message by drawing a box around the error. A second right click does
the actual copying.

No need for a screenshot *or* a .docx file. :)
