I started to code in ruby a little server, which listens on a TCP port using TCPServer. My question is to use IO.select, or create a lot of (sleeping) threads? Another question is about the line-separators. What is the simplest, and most robust way to accept both \n and \r\n as line-endings? I'm a bit confused about the methods puts, print and p thx Gergo +-[Kontra, Gergely @ Budapest University of Technology and Economics]-+ | Email: kgergely@mcl.hu, kgergely@turul.eet.bme.hu | | URL: turul.eet.bme.hu/~kgergely Mobile: (+36 20) 356 9656 | +-------"Olyan langesz vagyok, hogy poroltoval kellene jarnom!"-------+ .
