In the case of C_ALLOCA defined, the pointer returned from
alloca() doesn't refer the stack.  Since STACK_END must refer
the top (or near) of the stack, it should be an address of an
auto variable.  About alloca(0), it never allocate any memory
but frees allocated blocks no longer used.  See
missing/alloca.c.
