ahh right, I understand that now...but it still crashes on the rb_const_get
line...it is definetely not declared in my ruby.h(ruby-1.6.7-i586-mswin32).
Might it be a unix-only function or something?

The only 2 rb_*_get functions declared are:

VALUE rb_gv_get _((const char*));
VALUE rb_iv_get _((VALUE, const char*));
