Subject: [Patch] proper lib handling for mkmf.rb

Hello,

	during installing my exts to ruby-1.7.x I noticed that *.rb
	sources in lib directory are installed to $(rubylibdir)/lib
	instead of $(rubylibdir)

	So here's the patch to make it work as I think it should work.
