As a longtime [former] Java programmer, I have always found the java
documentation repository extremely well implemented.  My suggestion
would be to make the ruby docs repository resemble javadoc's.

Yes, they utilize HTML frames, but that's no hindrance to me.  If
anything, it helps break up the largness of the documentation.  Check it
out for yourselves:
