Before sending it out I try it on Windows 98, and as far as I can tell, it runs smoothly. The error I get is that STDERR is a bad file descriptor. However Ruby appears to decide that this is the case only at random intervals on the testers' Windows 98 machines, and never on my home machine. Workaround is obviously just to stop any output to STDERR but I find it odd that the stream isn't just ignored when Ruby is compiled as a Win32 graphics application. Any thoughts? -- Matthew
