or pdflatex (also part of the standard distro of teTeX).  

Just as a quick aside (since we're off topic anyhow) sometimes there are funny
things with dvipdf (jilty fonts and other crap which seems to happen
with ps2pdf as well).  A similiar package has produced better results: 'dvipdfm'

It took me a good while to finally resolve the above, so I felt
compelled to share.
