Subject: [ANN] HTMLFilter v1.2.0 released

HTMLFilter 1.2.0 has been released. 

Sanitize and sterilize HTML, also includes a CSS filter.

Finally removed the lowercase variations on the class names. You must use HTMLFilter now and not HtmlFilter.
