Subject: Silence warning

/home/dcorbin/projects/homenet/tools/testall.rb:41: warning: already 
initialized constant ARGV

I'm getting this, because I'm assign ARGV=[].  Is there anyway to do 
this, and not get the warning? Some trickery of some sort?  Thanks.
