I also installed Shoes 3 and tried my Shoes apps I written in Hackety Hack they worked. But now I want to make stand alone apps that I can run from a executable. I tried to use the Ruby function "require 'shoes3'. And placed the shoes3 executable (shell script, .sh) in the same directory as the Ruby script. But Netbeans gives a error that it can't find shoes. And so all shoes' commands (shoes.app, alert) are not regnonized. Does someone also know a way to make a .deb executable of a ruby/shoes app? -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.
