Subject: cant find header file ruby.h

hi I am trying to install passenger gem. But it is throwing the
error.the error is attached in screen shot.
I am using
rails 2.3.10
ruby 1.8.7 enterprise edition

plz gimme solution for this... Its very urgent for me..
