I don't know if I read all related messages but, does your module work well by itself separately from WEBrick? Still 30%? Since SOAP4R does not depend on net/http, the exception is from other code (your servant object, maybe). Two possibilities I can imagine; 1. Time may run out in HTTP client of SOAP4R (using http-access2 in RAA). It is 60 sec by default. Your servant object runs more then 60 sec? 2. Threading? WEBrick + soaplet.rb runs under MT so multiple HTTP request may dive into your servant code. The servant which is hosted in soaplet.rb must MT-safe. Regards, // NaHi
