But then I pulled 1.5.1

It turns out that 1.5.0 and 1.5.1 have a bug wherein we broke `gem update --system`.  We have written some tests (the first test for the feature since forever) and will be releasing 1.5.2 tomorrow.

Upgrading to 1.5.2 will require a slightly more manual update process than usual.

I'm sorry about this, but we're making it better!
