Can someone provide me any clues to catch table format in YARV
bytecode? Its other parts were relatively easy to understand (through
the 'inline cache' thingy is still a puzzle for me), but the catch
table format drives me nuts. What are those :next and :redo entries?
Why there are so much nested :break's generated and what is the point
for the sp field?
