It's not only a question of how long it takes a reader to understand the question but also how long the answer is going to be (how much explanation and guidance is needed to answer a question). For someone starting out without or with only few programming experience creating a web application which is backed by a relational database amounts to a herculean task. To climb that mountain there is a lot of learning needed and a technical forum like this is certainly not the best suited medium to provide this guidance.
