Subject: Apache & Ruby - for a newbie

I've seen the recent posts about using Apache with Ruby.  Unfortunately, 
I'm still a step away from being able to make sense of them...

I'm about to set up my first dedicated web-server, and I'd like to use Ruby 
as my CGI scripting language.  It seems from the conversation on this list 
that Apache is the way to go to achieve this.

My problem - I know nothing about how to configure Apache to use Ruby.

Are there any good documentary web-pages on setting up Apache to use 
Ruby as the scripting language for CGI?

Or,  if folk are willing to answer my naive questions, I'm very happy to 
condense all the answers into a clear, straight-forward 'how-to' in return.
