Subject: Threading still broken in Win Ruby?

Somewhere in the middle of that thread a few weeks back on the development 
of the Windows version of Ruby someone mentioned that threads are still 
not working correctly in the non-cygwin Windows Ruby.  Does anyone have 
details?  What's broke?  Any plans to fix it?
