Subject: how to use IE.attach?i have a problem

hi,

There is a link in my page,I use IE.attach to link the page, the
operation is success in User Interface,
But terminal display error -> window.getBrowser is not a function
(JsshSocket::JSTypeError)

 (add Geo targets):is a link,when click it ,it open a new page. The
page's title is 'France Geo Targets'.
 My current url is :http://state.app.com/camp_templates/new"
 $browser:is my current page.

  The code is like this:
    b=$browser.attach(:title,'France Geo Targets')
    b.checkbox(:id,'EA').set #set the value of checkbox
    b.link(:href,'#apply').click #chick this to save message
    $browser.attach(:url,"http://state.app.com/camp_templates/new")
#maybe this line is error
who can help me with this problem ?thank u very much
