Subject: RVM with a custom interpreter

What's the best way to use a custom ruby build with rvm?  I'd like both
1.8.7-head and my custom 1.8.7-head side-by-side, and I can't see an
obvious way to do that.

I'm actively working on the interpreter, so there isn't a single
coherent patch I can apply with rvm install --patch.
