I use the Tcl.framework and Tk.framework from the TclTk archive from
Sourceforge...

Maybe you can try to contact <tony@lownds.com> who is working on a
similar job for pythonTk : cf the experimental stuff in
<http://tony.lownds.com/macosx/>.
