`dir_config("foo")' provides `--with-foo-dir=DIR' option which
is shorthand to `--with-foo-include=DIR/include' and
`--with-foo-lib=DIR/lib' those specifies include and library
pathes for `foo' respectively.

And `with_config("foo")' provides `--with-foo=SOMETHING'
option, `enable_config("foo")' provides `--enalbe-foo' and
`--disable-foo' options.
