Subject: Time to resurrect Cardinal (Ruby->Parrot)?

I think it's time to resurrect the Cardinal project idea - Cardinal being 
a Ruby frontend for Parrot.

A couple of questions:
* Has anyone started any work on it?  (I think there were a few postings 
from some folks who were playing with it)
* Who else is interested?  (I'd like to get some help)
