Subject: Treetop 1.4.9 released, now with updated documentation

Folk,

I'm happy to announce the release of Treetop 1.4.9, the PEG parser generator,
which now comes with some small improvements to option settings, and a large
improvement in the completeness of the documentation.

If you've ever written a DSL you think should be external, not internal, you
now have no further excuse. Treetop is great fun as well as powerful!
