We have a position for a Business Analyst. This is initially for a 3
month duration.

Loc: Bay Area, CA

Rate: DOE

BI Analyst

Specific Requirement for this role :

Proficient in Data warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts
Must have experience working in BICC model.
Must have strong experience of data governance setup and execution.
Solid understanding of the Business Intelligence development
lifecycle, including business and system requirements analysis,
dimensional and relational data modeling, ETL, report creation and
delivery and data validation
Document requirements, resolve ambiguities and conflicting business/
data architecture rules, and gather consensus.
Ensure business decisions are sound and data-driven. Act as a liaison
between business owners and engineers within the company to ensure the
data collected and processed is both actionable and relevant to
business needs.
Technical experience with databases and data warehousing concept/tools
and proven capability to strategically problem-solve using advanced
quantitative and analytical skills
Must have strong understanding of metadata management and its role in
data integration and data management.
Must have excellent communication, organization and analytic skills.
Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share
best practices and develop systems knowledge.
Knowledge and Experience with OBIEE is a major plus.
