Are you referring to http://jsclass.jcoglan.com? That's not a Ruby project,
it just gives you a Ruby-like object system to use in JavaScript programs.
You can't load it in a Ruby environment, and you wouldn't want to since Ruby
already does everything JS.Class provides.
