Subject: [ANN] isolate v3.0.0 release

Isolate is a very simple RubyGems sandbox. It provides a way to express and automatically install your project's Gem dependencies. v3.0.0 packages a few small bugfixes and removes methods deprecated before the release of v2.0.0.
