It's not me, I know about where I can post/upload files. I was thinking
about those who don't care about the mailing list backend and just
attach files via ruby-forum.com. When I get such a mail and the author
mentions he attached something I know "it's on ruby-forum.com, let's
visit it", but that takes unnecessary time and in many cases a post's
author doesn't mention he attached something. Then I just overlook it
and maybe can't answer a question I was able to answer if I knew about
the attachment.
