Subject: Error msvcrt-ruby18.dll

Hi Team,

I installed ruby 1.9.2, i am getting follwing error

This application has failed to start because msvcrt-ruby18.dll was not 
found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Do you want be to downgrade to 1.9.  thanks for your help.
