You might have installed the packages I made a couple months ago.
Unfortunately, the process of becoming a Debian maintainer is
a nightmare of bureaucratic nightmare, so I gave up.

It's actually quite trivial to make a package like this -- if anyone
is interested in packaging DBI, I can send you the source packages
for the latest version I packaged, 0.0.8
