There was a bug in RDoc that was exposed by a change in Ruby sometime
in the last couple of weeks. Hashes used to return elements in some
particular order, and that order happened to hide the bug. When the
change to Ruby, the hash elements came back differently, and suddenly
the bug was exposed. As a result, people started seeing %params% where
before they saw parameters.

The latest CVS fixes this. If people want, I can also generate a new
release.
