Subject: Gruff vertical labels on x axis

Hi I am hoping someone would know the answer for this....I have spent so
much time on this

I used code mentioned in below

but I get the vertical labels on the top of the graph.......

could someone please help me to move it to the x axis level so It would
be easy to view.

Please I would appreciate if someone could help.....please see the
