Subject: bug reporting against Ruby 1.9.1

Hi,

I am trying to report a bug against Ruby 1.9.1. I created an account at http://redmine.ruby-lang.org

However when I click on "New Issue" I get the following:

No tracker is associated to this project. Please check the Project settings.

I do see some issue tracking for the project at http://redmine.ruby-lang.org/projects/activity/ruby-191

Thanks,
Elvita
