If you are coming from any 10.1.x version the delta is moderate for Java and small for everything else. I assume you have some version of 10.1 on the drive so I would go ahead and install everything and then upgrade to 10.1.3. From the net you only need the stuff since Dec. 2001. If memory serves, it just a bug fix for the GUI diff utility and one other small thing. Then after you upgrade to 10.1.3, you will be offered a new Java JVM. If you care about Java, you'll want that, but you then need to go back to the dev site for a 10 MB Java tools update. This is all from failing memory.
