an OS is really a question of taste...

but considering server infrastructures are mostly Unix or Linux based, I
don't like Windows for that job.

OSX don't get in your way and works Unix style.

No OS war for me as I daily use a dozen of them ;)
but for a place to live a development process,  OSX 10.6 Rocks!
