Subject: Installing ActiveRecord gem

I'm trying to install the ActiveRecord gem, but getting the following:


C:\Users\Abder-Rahman\Desktop\Research\dicom>gem install activerecord
ERROR:  While executing gem ... (Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError)

How can I get this gem installed?
