Yes. That is very new one, because we authors don't finish writing.

IPR is based on 1 year serialization on OpenDesign, a Japanese
magazine deals with all about network.  However, almost all are being
rewritten.  This book is a tutorial of network programming and basic
protocols e.g. HTTP, FTP, TELNET, SMTP etc.  Of course WEBrick will be
introduced.

By the way, I would beg apologies unless you have learned Japanese. We
are writing the book in our mother tongue. Any translations are not
scheduled yet.
