I like "The Ruby Way" for its extensive examples, and the "Ruby Developer's
Guide" for its more in-depth coverage of some of the mechanics of developing
in Ruby. I also, have the Nutshell book, but I don't use it very often --
just occasionally to look up a quick reference (well... it is, afterall, a
reference book).

You can also download the copy of the Pickaxe book (but if you end up using
it a lot, you should buy a copy to reward Dave and Andy for their efforts).
