Pickaxe.

The goat book is a reference book for the mid to high Ruby
programmers. "The Ruby Way" is also an interesting book for
professional programmers.

The good introductory book (called "Tanoshii Ruby") is just released
this week in Japan. But I'm afraid you can't read it.
