Subject: rubymagick segfault

Rubies:

Here's my version dump:

	ImageMagick-5.4.3
	RubyMagick-0.1.3-20020225
	gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Mandrake Linux 8.0 2.96-0.64mdk)

That combination gives me a segmentation fault in demo.rb.

The only Google reference to a RubyMagick segfault is a fix last year,
but the posts did not mention what got fixed.

ImageMagick is freshly recompiled and works.

The crashes happen on 'image.read' lines, the same as the old Debian
post.

I'm going into the source to put debug statements inside 'read'.

Any tips?
