The cucumber docs are very good. The front page gives you your first 
example, plus a load of screencasts: http://cukes.info/

The wiki has more info. If you are using it with Rails then you need the 
cucumber-rails plugin, which is also well documented.

For help, the cukes google group is probably the most appropriate place 
to ask questions.
