Ruby's as secure as you program it, just like the others. Ruby does provide
tainting which should help you write more secure code. Ruby hasn't been
tested as a CGI language as much as Perl or PHP, so there might be problems
that people haven't found yet. Even PHP recently had a couple of
vulnerabilities discovered.
