Subject: Unicode in Regexp followup

In fact, the unicode regular expressions have problems with the
characters in the range (240..253) which is hex (f0..fd).

IE, '�' (ASCII and Unicode 228) doesn't cause a problem, but '�' (246)
does.  Note, again, that for all characters under 256, the ASCII value
is the same as the Unicode value.
